PERSONALITY: Ultimately, Chris is rather tactical in battle and at times, he is too tactical, to a point where he over-predicts things and ultimately loses battles because of that. He had already learned a bunch of things, ultimately from trainer's school from when he lived in Rustboro City. Although he is a fun-loving guy, in battle he becomes more serious, and more determined. Win or lose, he always has a decent reaction. If he wins, he wants to win better and by more. If he loses, he immediately changes his strategy to something more suitable.
APPEARANCE: Chris is pretty much at an average height and an average weight for somebody his age, standing at 5'6 and then weighing out an average 125 pounds. He has chocolate brown eyes, inherited from his mother, and then green hair that he has inherited from his father. He dress according to how his father dressed on his journey, with dark khaki pants, green boots, a green belt and then a long matching khaki shirt with a brown vest over it. He has lightly tanned skin, from living on the sunny island town of Pacifidlog is the reason for that.
HISTORY: Chris lived in Rustboro City, and was born there as well. When he was young, his father came back to watch him grow up and then went off on his pokemon journey to the far region of Sinnoh - he wanted to conquer the Battle Frontier there, leaving Chris with his mother. From that, Chris had always wanted to become a pokemon trainer. Many times he asked his mom to visit his father, and she finally agreed and they flew on her Altaria to the Sinnoh Battle Frontier.
Chris was in awe when he watched his father face Palmer, and ultimately lose. But still, he had done so well and came this far and lost. But, his father retired from training and was going to take this chance to train Chris to become a pokemon trainer. He enrolled Chris in the Rustboro Academy and also gave him private pokemon training himself, teaching him about type advantages and disadvantages, as well as how to pull off combos.
Then, he bred his Jolteon with a Ditto and gave Chris the egg that came out of it, allowing him to have the Eevee that hatched. This Eevee became his pokemon, which he battled with at Trainer's school. He graduated at age 10, and before he could finally start his journey, he moved to Pacifidlog Town. His mom wasn't going to allow him to travel until he was 13 years old, so he spent his time surfing and relaxing until he began his journey. And that time is now.
